SCOTUS
has ordered the Census Bureau to stop counting bodies and start
compiling data, overturning a lower court ruling. Trump has been
adamant that he wants the census to meet its deadline.
There
is still one pending, Trump's direction to the Census that undocumented
Democrats, aka illegal aliens, shall NOT be used for apportionment
purposes. A three-judge panel from New York said the direction is
unlawful. The Trump administration has appealed that to SCOTUS.
By
leaving the deadline at December 31 that means the Trump administration
will control the final apportionment count even if the Harris-Biden
ticket wins in November.
