The
state of Washington is moving to lessen the penalty for homicide
committed as part of a drive-by shooting, but ONLY those homicides.
Apparently it is a Racial Justice issue because way more Black folks are
convicted of drive-by shootings than White folks, therefore the law
must be racist.
