Monday Senile Joe announced that there was "No Federal Solution" to the
current Covid crisis and that the states would have to take the lead,
with federal assistance. He is disinclined to impose more federal
mandates at this time. Maybe his peeps are telling him he is going to
lose next week at SCOTUS and if he wants to maintain his boot on out
neck he will have to put somebody elses foot in the boot.
