Yesterday
the Supreme Court agreed to hear oral arguments on the Biden
administrations mandatory vaccine orders issued via OSHA. The news
reports I saw were not specific but I expect this will be an expedited
hearing under the circumstances.

They did go with the expedited hearing, first week in January. Guess they are serious at wanting to deal with it.
