Adam Lipson is the public defender for David DePape, the
Canadian illegal alien who is facing both state and federal felonies for
his attack on Paul Pelosi. It is his opinion that poor Mr. DePaper may
be unusually vulnerable to media misinformation and that the public
defender's office is looking seriously at that avenue of defense.

42, who has the bad luck to be White, is facing at least 10 CA felonies
and 2 federal felonies for his attack last week on Pelosi, who has
since been released from the hospital.

law allows for a "necessary action" defense if the defendant REASONLY
believed his otherwise illegal actions were necessary to prevent a
greater harm. That has pretty much zero chance of gaining any traction
in the People's Republic of San Francisco.
The
speculation that DePape might be unusually vulnerable to evil
disinformation campaigns came from his former girlfriend, Oxane "Gypsy"
Taub, who is a nudity activist and currently a guest of the people of
California at the womens prison. DePape himself is a former adherent to
the Green party.
