Martin Jr. is an Associate Deputy Attorney General and is the new DOJ
Pardon Attorney. (He was going to get the gig Jeanine Pirro got until
his name was withdrawn.) He is also part of the task force Pam Bondi
has put together to look into the weaponization of the DOJ by the
Harris-Biden administration.
There
is a general agreement in the legal community that pardons are not
subject to review by either the legislature or the courts. However the
legitimacy of individual, specific pardons MAY be problematic if it can
be reasonably demonstrated that Senile Joe was away in Cloud Cuckoo Land
at the time they were signed by the autopen.

President Joe didn't pardon anyone. For F**k's sake how much more evidence of mental deficiency is needed? I hope the DOJ prosecutes everyone involved in this Presidential Shit Show.
