SCOTUS heard the birth-right citizenship case today. When it is decided it may actually result in two significant decisions.
The
first is of course whether or not children born here of illegal aliens
are automatic citizens. My GUESS is that the answer will be YES.
The
second however will be whether or not the individual U. S. District
Courts can issue injunctions and other orders that have effect
nationwide. My GUESS is that the answer to that one will be no. If
that happens the district court in Buttcrack, Arkansas will no longer be
able to issue an injunction that covers any action of the U. S.
government anywhere in the U.S.
We shall probably know in 60 days.
