On
both Tuesday and Wednesday the DJIA moved above 28,000 briefly.
Yesterday it looked as though it would close above that point for the
first time since late February, but couldn't quite hold on. The NASDAQ
and S&P have also done very well lately.
I
am guessing that the DOW will close and hold above 28,000 around the
end of this month. This year is strange, unique even, and the fact that
many people vote their pocket book might not hold this year. That
being said, having a lot of people's 401k in good territory will
certainly not hurt.
