I was looking thru one of my favorite internet firearms forums when I stumbled across this piece of egregious stupidity.
There
was this guy at the range with a new Taurus .44 magnum revolver. Fired
his first round out of it, with some reloads that he "got from
somewhere, sometime ago, no idea what's in them" and blew the top of the
gun apart. Didn't hurt himself.
When
the range crew asked him about it he told them he blew up a Marlin .44
magnum rifle a year before. With a cartridge from the same box of ammo.
Some people are too stupid to own guns. Or hammers. Or sharp pointy objects.
