It should, of course, come as no surprise when a politician is an in-your-face liar. This one, however, deserves some notice.
Gavin
has been traveling in the far east lately in his "I am not running for
president" presidential campaign. I guess he wants the ChiComs to
support him. At any rate he has been traveling with one talking head
from an LA TV station. In one of his talks he was asked about the CA
Covid response. He replied that ALL major decisions regarding
government response to the Covid pandemic in CA were made by local
authorities.
Gavin was
given a HUGE amount of emergency executive authority which he used
widely. HE PERSONALLY signed the orders shutting down schools,
businesses and places of worship. Restaurants (except of course the
French Laundry in wine country so he could have dinner with his
friends).
AND THE FUCKING
TALKING HEAD DID NOT CALL HIM ON IT. NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. Again, no
surprise there. Disappointment galore, but no surprise.
