In the case of Britto v ATF (pistol brace ban) the Northern District
Court in Texas issued a stay FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY on enforcement of the
ban. The cause cited was the Administrative Procedures Act (not the
Second Amendment). Basically the BAT-men did something they had no
legal right to do. I am confident this will be appealed and likely end
up before SCOTUS along with a whole buttload of other 2A stuff over the
next year or two. With luck the good guys can convince the various
state legislatures that the court means what it says when it says NO.
