Harney County Circuit Judge Robert S. Raschio ruled Tuesday
that Oregon Measure 114 violated the state constitution. Specifically the
requirement that you needed a police permit to buy a gun. Also the ban on magazines holding over 10 rounds went out the window.
The state will almost certainly appeal.
