Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, of Inwood, N.Y., is by any
reasonable definition a piece of shit. He beat his two month old
daughter Lozada to death. He is an illegal alien from Guatemala and is
awaiting an immigration hearing since his illegal entry into the U.S. in
2022. He had an ICE detainer out on him
The
POS has pleaded not guilty. He has admitted to the act in question,
attempting to justify it by stating he doubted he was the baby's
biological father.
The child's mother is NOT suspected of being complicit in the death. The POS is facing second-degree murder charges.
