STUDENTS CHARGED WITH FELONIES FOR OCCUPYING STANFORD PRESIDENT'S OFFICE

Pro-Palestinian protesters take over and trash the Stanford university president's office, June 5, 2024

The Santa Clara County District Attorney has announced that 12 people who participated in a "demonstration" last summer at Stanford University are now facing felony charges.

The demonstration consisted of a number of people "occupying" the President's office and trashing it, doing several hundred thousand dollars worth of damage.  The demonstration was allegedly in support of the Palestinian people.  It was actually primarily anti-Semitic.  Most, but not all, of the bad actors are students.

They are being charged with two felonies, both felony vandalism and conspiracy.   Two have already surrendered.
