Issac Rivas, 26, was having dinner with his 26-year old
girlfriend last week at a Chili's Restaurant in San Antonio, Texas. At the
end of dinner she decided to dump him. He didn't appreciate it. She
was driving and she drove to a bar to maybe get some help as he made a
few threatening remarks. She tried to pepper spray him when things got
squirrely but the device malfunctioned. She tried to beat feet and
Rivas shot her four times, firing eleven shots to accomplish that goal.
She is still in the hospital but is expected to survive though her
injuries are serious.
Rivas was ratted out by his mom and is currently a guest of the people of Bexar County.
