Gavin is
talking about redistricting California to try to negate that possible
advantage. He doesn't give a flying fuck about representation for
California citizens, he just wants to shank Trump if he gets the
chance. The trouble is, under the CA constitution redistricting can
only happen ONCE every ten years, after the federal census. In
addition, redistricting in CA is done by a commission, not by the
legislature. The voters don't trust the legislature to do it fairly.
Gavin is so tweaked he is thinking of trying some sort of work-around
just so he can give Trump the finger.
How sad is that?
