ICE ARRESTS NINE PROTESTERS IN SPOKANE

Justice Forral, Jac Archer and former City Council President Ben Stuckart were arrested by federal agents on July 15 in connection to the Spokane ICE protests in June. 
 

ICE has just arrested nine people in Spokane for interfering with federal agents.  These people all participated in the June 11 "protests" in Spokane directed against ICE.

The charges, filed in the U. S. District Court Eastern District of Washington, name the former City Council president Ben Stuckart, 53, as well as Justice Forral,33, Mikki Hatfield, 34, Erin Lane, 31, Collin Muncey, 34, Thalia Ramirez, 20, Bobbi Silva, 38, Bajun Mavalwalla II, 35 and Jac Archer, 33.  

Those arrested attempted to block ICE vehicles from leaving the building.  At least one of them physically attacked an ICE officer.  Others are charged with conspiracy.  

Conspiracy to impede or injure the officers carries a possible 6 years in the slammer and $250,000 fine.
