Connie Francis died today at the age of 87. The cause of death was not released.
Connie
was THE most popular female singer of the 50s and 60s, selling
something like 35 million records. An obscure song of hers, PRETTY
LITTLE BABY, just took off again a few weeks ago due to TikTok. When
asked about it Connie couldn't remember recording it until she actually
heard it again.
The world is poorer for her passing.
