The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is trying to
come up with a legal way to prohibit ICE from operating on county
property without a specific federal warrant naming a specific person
they are after. The board seems to be very intent on protecting
"residents" (not citizens or legal residents) from being "kidnapped and
brutalized" by anonymous federal agents.
They have directed county counsel to come up with something they can discuss and vote on in 30 days.
I wonder if county counsel is enough of a woke idiot to buy into this? I would not bet against it.
