Thursday) a two-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals ruled in favor of Donald Trump and said that the pumping and
production of oil related to a 120 mile pipeline in SoCal can
recommence. It has been held up for about ten years.
The
court decided that the pipeline was in fact an interstate pipeline
rather than an intrastate pipeline and that therefore Federal rules
rather than State rules apply.
It is likely the environmental nutters will appeal.
