The RR signals and cross arms worked fine ..... but only after the train had already passed by
Be sure to watch it all the way to the end to see the signals blinking and the arms coming down.
This video was recorded by the dash cam of a North Salt Lake Police Department cruiser that just happened to be behind the other FedEx truck.

I'll bet that scratched the paint on that train. Those things are expensive to repaint.
This is why all school buses must stop at a railroad crossing even if the train signal is flashing or not.
