The name Amy Cooper might ring a bell to you. She is the
White woman who called the cops on a Black bird-watcher who asked her
to put her dog back on leash. The dog was running loose in a mandatory
leash area in Central Park. She asserted the man threatened her and her
dog. She was so stupid she paid no attention to the fact that the
incident was being recorded.
She had worked for Franklin Tempelton. They fired her ass the next day. She sued, alleging defamation.
The criminal charges against her for filing a false police report were dropped when she went into therapy.
Her lawsuit has just failed. U. S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams tossed it. Too bad. So sad.

It's not like they don't have enough real criminals in NYC. I'll bet her dog doesn't even like her.
