Joe Biden announced yesterday that his Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is going to cure cancer.
Didn't he make a similar announcement five years ago? How come we still have cancer?
I
am confident that the fact this happened about an hour after his son's
plea agreement went down the shitter is pure coincidence. Or not.
