Volodymry Zelenskyy just signed legislation moving
Christmas in Ukraine from January 7, which is the Russian Orthodox
Christmas, to December 25. He stated this move was being done to
further distance Ukraine and her people from Russia.
Both the Russian Orthodox and Greek Orthodox churches still use the old (Julian) calendar.
