BASHING AND TRASHING MISS CALIFORNIA

The militant left-wing feminist-gay-lesbian alliance demands that we "straights" accept the gay-lesbian lifestyle. That alliance will attack and attempt to destroy anyone who would dare to question its agenda. Carrie Prejean, Miss California, has been bashed and trashed ever since last month’s Miss USA 2009 pageant simply for being honest about her belief in traditional marriage.

If you recall, Prejean was favored to win the Miss USA title. That was until she was asked a provocative question by on of the pageant’s judges. Mario Armando Lavandeira, Jr., a gossip blogger who goes under the name of Perez Hilton and calls himself "queen of all media", asked Miss California to express her views on gay marriage.

Instead of giving a phony politically correct response, Prejean answered the provocative religious and politically controversial question honestly by saying, "I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman." Hilton torpedoed Prejean’s chances of being crowned Miss USA. The good ship Miss California suffered a direct hit and went under in a sea of political correctness.

Fielding accusations that he cost Prejean the Miss USA title, Perez Hilton, countered by saying "Miss California lost because she's a dumb bitch." Later, the damn bitch (Hilton) said that Prejean should have "left her politics and her religion out because Miss USA represents all Americans." That’s some gall! Prejean merely answered the religious and politically loaded question that he brought to the pageant.

The openly gay Hilton was quickly joined by the feminist-gay-lesbian alliance in a relentless public onslaught against Prejean’s character. First they attacked her credibility to discuss gay matters because, when she was only 13, her parents went through an ugly divorce where one accused the other of being gay.

Now two semi-nude photes taken of Prejean when she was 17 have spread through the internet like a prairie wildfire. The pictures show her facing away from the camera, wearing underwear and covering her breasts with her arms. The Dirty.com website, which first published the pictures, has promised to release more racy photos of Prejean soon.

In response to the pictures, Prejean released a statement which read, "I am a Christian and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos." That statement is not going to keep Prejean’s detractors on the left from continuing the attacks against her. The feminist-gay-lesbian alliance will not stop bashing and trashing Miss California until they have succeeded in destroying her character.

In case you wonder where I stand on the same-sex marriage controversy, I don’t give a rat's ass one way or the other. I have worked well with a number of homosexuals during my career in academia and I have several good friends who are gay and lesbian. Like everyone else, they want the same rights that all Americans are supposed to enjoy.

While I do not accept the premise that homosexuals are born that way, I do not believe it is anyone’s business how two consenting adults choose to screw each other in the privacy of their homes. If they want to choose a gay-lesbian life-style, they should be able to do so, absent of any discrimination. And if Carrie Prejean believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman, she shouldn't be vilified for expressing that belief.
