HANK WILLIAMS NEVER COMPARED OBAMA TO HITLER

It’s been almost like a feeding frenzy the way political columnists and commentators have been excoriating Hank Williams, Jr. for ‘comparing President Obama to Adolf Hitler.'

Hank Williams never did any such thing.

Williams was commenting on the harsh political differences between the president and House Speaker John Boehner when he compared Obama’s recent golf outing with the Speaker to “Hitler playing golf with Netanyahu.”

By making an analogy of golfing partners, Williams was in no way comparing Obama to Hitler. The columnists and commentators who excoriated old Hank ought to be ashamed of themselves.
