If an Ohio woman had not been armed with a gun, she would have met a horrible fate

A recent situation that came up in Lancaster, Ohio serves to remind us that the police are not present the instance we need them to protect us.
Dinah Burns was walking her dog Gracie on a path in the woods near a school last Monday when she was approached by two men, one armed with a baseball bat. They told her, “You’re coming with us.”
At that time she drew a pistol she was carrying legally and drew down on the thug with the baseball bat. The thugs beat feet.
Gracie did not deter the thugs, but that gun sure did.
Ohio has had legal concealed carry since 2004. Last year the state issued almost 97,000 new carry permits.
