Two members of the perpetually pissed-off liberal set, Al Green of Texas and Brad Sherman, of California, are preparing to draft articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.
When Green started talking about this last month the Capitol Police had to put a specific security detail on his office and he started getting threatening phone calls. (The Californian probably got fruit baskets.)
Neither man would put a time line on his grandstand play and admit that it has zero chance of getting anywhere. It does, however, get them some name recognition and face time on cable news. They could of course do pretty much the same thing by fucking a goat on TV, but then again they might be afraid somebody would think they were enjoying it too much.
