Prince Andrew, known in his younger days as Randy Andy, has promised to cooperate with the Jeffrey Epstein. That being said, his actual cooperation has been zero, and it is starting to piss people off.
I admit I do not know a lot of the fine details of how the law works over there and what level of actual legal immunity members of the royal family might enjoy. I strongly suspect that, since the bad guy is dead, the American authorities will have one hell of a time trying to compel any sort of testimony from him. I doubt they can serve him in the U.K., especially if he stays on property controlled by the royal family.
Andrew has denied any knowledge of any illegal activity by Epstein. Andrew has not himself been accused of sexual contact with underage women (the age of consent in NY is 17) but he could possibly be accused of involvement in sex trafficking assuming one of his chief accusers, Ms. Giuffre, is being truth in her statements that Epstein paid her to have sex with Andrew when she was 17.
I strongly suspect that, unless the queen orders it, Andrew will continue to hide out and hold a low profile.
(You didn't really expect a Mea Culpa from him, did you?)

God Save the Queen and her offspring.
