The ChiComs are seriously bothered by the Corona Virus spreading. So they just slammed the city of Wuhan. It is larger than NY city. About 11 million people live there. Travel in and out of the city has been stopped and public transportation within the city has been curtailed.
Must be nice to not have to care what the peasants think. (In this case it is completely possible the ChiComs are right.)
