Elon Musk Should Not Speak Off-The-Cuff

After a one-day delay due to weather at the splash-down point SpaceX tested the escape procedure for their Falcon rocket and Dragon capsule yesterday. It was done very simply, they launched then blew up the rocket under the Dragon capsule. While the data will no doubt be gone over for quite some time it appears based on preliminary info that they passed the test and the combination will be approved for use for US Astronauts.
Elon Musk spoke at the after-test press conference. If it wasn't for the word "uhm" his presentation would have been 50% of the length it actually was. He is no doubt one smart sonofabitch, but speaking extemporaneously is not one of his primary skills.
