In
2018 Ashley Howard left her 2-year old son in a car while she partied,
and then "slept" (passed out drunk) until 1 p.m. the following day when
she finally woke up to retrieve the child.. The kid was in the car for
about eight hours. He had a body temperature of 107 when they got him
to the hospital.
She is now
doing 20 years (with two years credit for time already served) as a
guest of the people of Montana at the women's prison in Billings.
