Elizalde, 28, broke into a house in Valley Springs, CA on Saturday and
attacked the people inside. Elizalde told the cops he lived there. In
fact his parents had previously owned the house but it had been sold and
he had no right to enter there.
The
cops arrested his happy ass. On the way to the county hospitality
center, AKA The Slammer, he made statements to the cops that indicated
his intent to return to the house and do harm to the people in "his"
house. They reported that to the judge, and requested that he be held
as a danger to others. The judge in fact let him walk. That was on
Saturday.
On Sunday, EARLY
in the morning, just hours after getting out of jail, he returned to the
house and again broke in and attacked one of the residents. One of the
other residents came up with a gat and shot Elizalde dead as dog
shit.
The cops are thus far calling it justifiable idioticide.
