Last week the Antioch CA. police responded to an incident
on Clearbrook Road. When they arrived they found an 3-year old child
down, allegedly from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident
occurred at the grandparents home where the child often stayed during
the week.
The incident is
still under investigation. It could result in felony or misdemeanor
charges. It is illegal in CA to leave a loaded gun laying about where a
minor can access it.
