Gavin Newsom, the God-Emperor of the formerly great state
of California, announced plans for making San Quentin over into a
"Scadanavian-Style" rehabilitative community. The facility will soon
have a farmer's market, a grocery store, pod-cast studios and other
varied (and expensive) goodies. The proposed cost to taxpayers is right
around $240 million dollars.
Gavin
Newsom is one of those liberals who believes that if society treats
dangerous criminals like normal, law abiding people they will suddenly
and miraculously become normal, law-abiding people. It's horseshit, but
he seems to really believe it. And he is spending our money to make it
happen.
EDITOR'S NOTE: A farmer's market? This must be an April fool joke.

Come to Texas. We still grow our own vegetables and can work a hoe while being followed by a High Rider. Yessir, Boss.
In an effort to buy prison air-conditioning, rumor has it that the Texas Prison Rodeo may return. Yes-Haw!
