The legislature of the formerly great state of California
has passed a bill to the governor's desk that would make solicitation
of a minor for sex a felony. Two Democrats voted against it. Others
declined to vote at all.
Gavin
hasn't announced which way he intends to go on it. The gay community
in CA is strongly opposed and Gavin may listen to them.
