Jessica Biel is one of the stars in THE A-TEAM, a new movie based on the old TV series of the same name. Mick LaSalle, a Houston Chronicle film writer, wrote: "Biel needs careful handling as am actress, and [director Joe] Carnahan is not the one to give it to her. And so with this film, she assumes the crown once held by Jessica Alba, as the movie star with the most profound inverse relationship between her good looks and her acting ability."
LaSalle, you’re a real killjoy! Was that put-down of Biel really necessary, especially since this movie is nothing more than a rip-off action flick? Who gives a shit if Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba, for that matter, are not actresses of the Meryl Streep genre? After all, THE A-TEAM is not SOPHIE’S CHOICE.
One of these days, LaSalle will experience the ray of sunshine that some movie and TV hotties bring to us old burn-outs. In addition to the stunningly beautiful Jessica Biel, here are some other hotties that bring my blood to a boil:

Jennifer Reyna, the traffic reporter on the KPRC Local 2 morning news. Jennifer is not only very beautiful, but she has a bubbly personality to go along with her good looks. Besides that, she’s also damn good at her job.
