It’s not recommended to argue the existence of God while drinking and drugging

An Oakland man was convicted Tuesday of one count of murder and one of attempted murder in a fight over the existence of God.
Douglas Yim, 33, was found guilty of the murder of Dzuy Dunh Phan, 25, and the wounding of Paul Park on April 2, 2011, by an Alameda jury.
The men were playing video games when Yim, who claimed to be religious, turned the conversation to the existence of God. Phan asked Yim why God didn't help him win more video games. Yim became upset, went to a closet, and retrieved an illegally possessed AR-15. He shot Park once through the wrist (maybe to cramp his X-Box style) and shot Phan six times, including one head shot. Phan died.
As one might expect, the discussion was aided by the presence and use of alcohol and drugs.
