HOW WILL JUSTICE BE APPLIED IN THIS RAPE CASE?

A 10-year-old girl was raped at her Oklahoma City elementary school by an 8-year-old boy while his 10-year-old sister held her down

According to KFOR-TV, the victim’s mother was waiting to pick up her 10-year-old daughter after school when she saw the little girl come running. She was crying and shaking. The mother jumped out of the car and asked her what was wrong.

“Mama they touched me down here.”

She told her mother that when she went to the Edgemere Elementary School’s restroom, she was attacked by an 8-year-old boy and his 10-year-old sister. The boy pulled her pants down and lowered his own pants. His sister held the victim down while the boy raped her. The couple had warned the victim that if she screamed they would beat her up.

Police took the victim to a hospital where a rape examination confirmed she had been sexually assaulted.

The mother told KFOR that “I’m not just blaming the kids, I blame the teachers that are supposed to protect our kids when they’re at school.”

Since the rapist and his accomplice are too young to be tried as adults, the question becomes how will justice be applied in this case? I don’t want to hear any of that crap about the perpetrators being too young to understand the nature of their acts and the wrongfulness of their behavior. In my opinion this case calls for the harshest punishment possible, whatever that may be in Oklahoma.

One thing’s for sure: These two deviants should never be allowed to reproduce! It’s too bad they can’t castrate the little bastard and remove the little bitch’s reproductive organs … and as far as I’m concerned, that should be just for starters.

I can't help but think that there is either some severe home problems, really massive mental health issues or both involved in this mess. Children this young (and they are children) do not dream this stuff up out of their own heads generally speaking. That being said they are clearly dangerous and can't be left running around loose.

As far as the rest, in days gone by it was an accepted thing to castrate convicted felons, on the belief that criminality was an inherited trait. I am unsure that is completely wrong. However, we don't do that any more.
