A federal appeals court struck down California’s “one-gun-per-month” law Friday, June 20, 2025, in a 3-0 decision, ruling it unconstitutional under the Second Amendment.
The
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has just struck down California's ONLY
ONE GUN A MONTH law. The action will almost certainly be appealed by CA
either to a full panel of the 9th or to SCOTUS. You can buy used guns
or private party transfers all you want, but new guns only one per
month.
Now maybe they will
also act against some of the other unconstitutional bullshit in CA
regarding gun rights. But I won't hold my breath.
