Deported Tren de Aragua gang members get their heads shaved upon arrival at El Salvador's CECOT prison
On Tuesday the Trump administration filed a lawsuit
against all 15 federal district court judges in Maryland over an order
forbidding the immediate deportation of illegal aliens who challenge
their deportation.
The
order in question was signed by the chief judge, George L Russell III,
and was filed back in May. The order states that La Migra may not ship
out illegals who file with the court for a review until 4 p.m. on the
second day following the filing of the habeas corpus petition.
The Maryland Federal District Courts have declined to comment on the lawsuit.
