Well, at least those dopers who get popped in the rehab centers are definitely rehabilitated.

In another day of fun and frivolity in Old Mexico a small army of gunmen invaded a drug rehab center in Ciudad Juarez and murdered 19 people. This is on top of an earlier similar attack which left 20 people dead and the discovery of 55 bodies in an abandoned silver mine.
Drug rehab centers are prime recruiting areas for the drug cartels. They find both shooters and people who owe them money in those facilities. If you don’t agree to go along with their program, they shoot you down on the spot.
All I can say is that it’s a good thing that drugs are a victimless crime, otherwise somebody might have been hurt.
