Yes, in roughly 48 hours we will be free of the liberal tyranny of the God-King, Barack I. History will, I expect, record him as a grotesque incompetent and heavy-handed thug who left America poorer, weaker and more divided than it was when he was anointed by the media, liberal idiots and fellow travelers.
Will Trump be any better, or any more successful in a real sense? I don't know. I am sure that even if he does nothing else during the next four years but appoint some people to the federal bench who don't have their heads up their butts when they are not worshiping a the altar of judicial activism we will, at least, be no worse off than we are now. He may also manage to help stem the gross inflation of our national debt, stop the never-ending expansion of the federal bureaucracy and end the OPM (other people's money) attitude of congress. Maybe bringing some sense to the tax system would be nice too.
I don't care if he is an arrogant vulgarian as long as he can do the job. At least he's got something to be arrogant about, which is a damn sight more than can be said about his predecessor.
