The New York A. G. is moving against Horny Harvey Weinstein personally and the Weinstein Company for violations of work place law for failing to protect it's employees from pervasive harassment, threats and intimidation. If the A. G. is to believed these threats sometimes consisted of specific threats to harm or kill employees or the employee's families.
The investigation started in October of last year after the snowball (or maybe mudball) began rolling downhill with Horny Harvey's name on it.
Horny Harvey allegedly forced female employees to facilitate (pimp) for him.
The company is, according to the A.G., financially liable as the officers knew this sort of conduct was taking place and failed to take any action.
The lawsuit is being filed now to protect the possible victims due to the possible pending sale of the company.
Hubris leads almost inevitably to Nemesis (unless your name is either Obama or Clinton, but even that isn't for sure any more.)
EDITOR'S NOTE:This lawsuit is pure political horseshit filed by a left-wing attorney general with eyes on the NY governor's office.
