The Sacramento (CA) City Unified School District has an academic elite program at McClatchy High School. It runs a Science Fair every year. One of this year's science projects caused a problem.
One of the students noted that the academic elite program was ethnically unbalanced, having a dearth of Black, Hispanic and south-Asian students. The project presented the theory that perhaps this imbalance was justified on the premise that these groups were not as smart as the over-represented groups, Whites and northern-Asians. The project was called RACE AND I.Q.
The Superintendent went bat-shit crazy. The project was pulled from display. Maybe. Then put back up. Maybe. It depends on which news story is accurate. The superintendent vowed to make the program more ethnically diverse. .
A small sampling done via an on-line I.Q. test and a book from South Africa called THE ESSENTIAL KAFIR were the basis for the project.
Kafir or Kaffir is a Boer expression for an evil, disgusting,low life black African.
