Ivan Zamarripa-Castaneda, 26, was involved in a crash in the Denver area recently. He fled the scene after causing a ghastly fire that killed a truck driver. He was later apprehended, apparently still stinking drunk.
I.C.E. placed a detainer against Castaneda, which the Denver P.D. refused to honor. They released him on $25,000 bond without informing I.C.E.
How many of our readers think he will show up in court to answer the charges against him?
