AND THE BALL IS NOW ROLLING ..... DOWNHILL

by Bob Walsh

Adnan Khan, 34, has been a guest of the state for 15 years. He got nailed by the Felony Murder Rule in the formerly great state of California. However, at the ass end of last year, SB1437 passed, which essentially shitfcans the felony murder rule. If the state can not prove you ACTUALLY pulled the trigger, you are no longer a murderer no matter how major, or how minor, you involvement in the crime might actually have been.

Back in 2003 Khan, who was 19 at the time, and two of his roadpuppies decided to rob their favorite weed dealer. One of his roadpuppies stabbed the dealer, Kevin Leonard McNutt, to death.

Khan was looking at 25-life under the felony murder rule. He copped a plea and got 15 to life. Under the new law a judge just gave him 3 years for the original robbery conviction and let him walk.

It is believed that as many as 800 criminals in CA will get freebies from this law. I wonder how many will be involved in new murderous actions, and how soon..

A lot of times, in multiple defendant cases, prosecutors didn’t try to prove who actually pulled the trigger in these cases because they didn’t have to. Because of that, numerous folks can get out, because they don’t have so-called “personal use findings” on the underlying murder. This is beyond insane.
