Acting late in the day yesterday SCOTUS said that the Trump administration CAN enforce new rules regarding asylum seekers. Under these new rules people seeking asylum must make the application in the first country they come to on the way out of whereeverthehell they are fleeing, rather than jumping our border and then screaming ASYLUM.
Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented. Big surprise there.
I guess Judge Tigar will need a couple of beers and an Ambien to get to sleep tonight. Fuck him and the donkey he rode in on.
