For the first time in recorded history if looks like the formerly great state of California may LOOSE seats in the house, assuming the Census Bureau guesstimate has it right.
The data shows that 27 states plus D.C. had a net negative domestic migration in the last 2-3 years, to the point where it is likely to effect their seat count once the 2020 Census is completed.
Texas on the other hand is likely to GAIN three house seats. Arizona and Colorado may also gain.
Of course if the seats were apportioned for LEGAL RESIDENTS AND CITIZENS the seat count for California would drop by about 25%.

The Socialist Utopia is unsustainable. It has never worked, yet well educated people continue to apply it's principle to the masses.
My wife and I were GONE from that socialist state within a week after I retired. My only concern for Kalifornia is that they remain solvent for another 15 or 20 years and honor their obligation to us retirees.
