                                        California Attorney General Rob Bonta

Rob Bonta is the Attorney General of the formerly great state of California.  He is suing the Chino School District because they have the gall to have a policy requiring that the parents of students be notified if that student decides they are transgender, wants to "change their pronouns" or do any of several other things that Bonta doesn't think the parents have any right to know.

Bonta asserts that this policy is in violation of the civil rights act, the CA constitution and could expose those children to harm, presumably inflicted by their parents, because their rugrat has decided that they no longer fit the mould.  Bonta calls this "forced outing."  (I wonder how you are "outing" a person who wants you to use non-standard pronouns when you address them in public?)

Bonta asserts that this policy has placed "transgender and gender non-conforming students in danger of imminent, irreparable harm from the consequences of force disclosure."
